This morning we begin our look at the third of the four Disciplines of the Christian Life. Worship is a word we use at church but may not accurately understand. Join us as we look at the basics of what that word means so that next week we can explore how worship should characterize the daily life of the believer.

As we continue our series on the Discipllines of the Christian Life we turn to the Word of God. This is the first of two messages on that topic, and this morning we look at what the Bible is, what it does and who needs it.
This morning we talk about prayer. After last week's message on the nature and purpose of prayer we take this time to talk about some very practical issues - the when, what and how of prayer. Prayer is the first of the four disciplines of the Christian life. Next week, discipline #2 - Scripture.
This morning's message serves as an introduction to an 8-week series we'll begin next week. Do you exercise regularly? Why? And do you have a plan that you follow? Paul says physical exercise is a good thing, but there's something even more important: spiritual exercise.
